We’ll join together at the start of a new year and a new decade for an astrology infused yoga experience with Veronica Perretti. Come enjoy some yoga movement, meditation, and guided relaxation paired with a deep dive into the astrology of 2020. You’ll walk out of the Treehouse feeling rejuvenated, inspired, and aligned with your deepest desires and intentions for the year ahead of you. 

Veronica will start with a short astrology download of all the goings on this lunar cycle, this eclipse season, and a few dates to mark on your calendar for the upcoming year. 

After our astro-chat you’ll be guided through some gentle movement and a guided savasana relaxation. 

We’ll awake from our rest rejuvenated and prepared to write down some of the desires we intend to take action on in 2020. 

Finally, we’ll wrap up with a Kundalini meditation to seal all of our intentions.
