New Moon New Year Meditation Immersion - the Heart of the Matter
Join Hari on the first new moon of this year to get to the heart of the matter.
We will contemplate and enter into a space of Ahimsa and Satya; the space of non-harming and truth. Ahimsa/non-harming can be considered the foundation of yoga practice, giving birth to Satya/truth. What comes to your mind and sensations when you consider non-harming of yourself and others and all? What comes to your mind and sensations when you consider truth? These provocative and foundational values lay at the heart of our practice. Join us in this space of meditation and discovery to begin a new year at the heart of the matter. Who are we individually, together, and in this cosmos? In the still point of meditation, we know who we are.
The meditation immersion is a space of deep individual and group process through meditation and conversation. Each meditation session is an hour long with various meditative and contemplative practices. The first meeting we will take a few minutes to meet each other and learn the practices as we begin the journey. Hari is available for about 30 minutes after each session for those wishing to continue the conversation. Through the process you may discover and uncover precious gems and the depth of personal experience in meditation. We gather again near the end of the immersion to meet and greet each other in this shard field of listening.
Together we are getting to the heart of the matter, the reality of transformations practices that lead to the depth we seek.
Entering into the cathedral of meditation experience Wherever that might be We find the still point This still point opens up into a vast landscape of possibility We enter into this clear waters of this nourishing stream Together.
