Winter Solstice - You Are the Light

When everything outside is dark (and miserable) we go inside because that is where the light is. All of us have been preparing for this moment through this years experiences. Many have practiced mediation and yoga more than ever, many have prayed more, many have created more art, many have worried more, many have cried more. These deep dives are magnified this year which means we can magnify the light even more! Letting in even a little bit of light, with make a HUGE difference. And we simply now can watch the creative force of nature bring the light to us as a beautiful gift. Let’s celebrate with yoga, meditation and good company.
