Is a more peaceful and beautiful world really possible in these times? Thinking and talking will only get us so far, even if we do it with the best intentions of giving equal weight to everyone’s thoughts about this or any subject. We see time and time again that most discussions eventually polarize, the path to solutions gets steeper as the words pile up, and a satisfying arrival at harmony is harder than ever.

Still, we all long for peace in our communities, especially during this holiday season. So what can we do? Let’s try something different today and apply our awakened consciousness by creating a refined reality in a non-verbal and imaginative without getting hung up on details. 

This class includes a Kundalini kriya and group meditation following a brief introduction.  

All levels are welcome, and participation is possible in person and online, so please bring your loved ones and join us from wherever you are for this new kind of Kundalini class and manifestation experience.
